Software Programmer / Hardware Engineer

To work as part of our R&D Team to create software programmes specific to our new developments. Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical chemistry/laboratory background essential. Experience with maintenance of Laboratory Equipment a distinct advantage.

Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Audit Diagnostics, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support for our range of Reagents and Analysers to our network of worldwide distributors.

This position will involve:

• Introducing our Reagents on to different analysers, ensuring their proper functionality
• Resolving any technical queries
• Providing technical training and help in the installation and demonstration of our range of equipment and reagents   
• This position will involve some foreign travel and requires a high degree of flexibility  

The suitable candidate will have a recognised qualification in clinical diagnostics, preferably with a number of years experience in a clinical laboratory environment. Problem solving experience with chemistries and analysers would be an advantage. Desired experience would be a technical support role in a similar environment including application specialist role with a similar company.
